When we get things wrong, we want to make them right promptly and openly.
If you notice an error or have a complaint about anything on opendemocracy.net, on our social media channels, or any other service or publication we control, please contact info@opendemocracy.net. We aim to respond within three working days.
General enquiries
General enquiries can be sent to info@opendemocracy.net. We can also be contacted by telephone on +44 (0)20 7459 4068 during our normal working hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (UK time).
Media enquiries
Media enquiries, including requests to interview authors and editors, should be sent to media@opendemocracy.net. Please help us respond promptly by including a phone number and the deadline that you are working towards. We recommend emailing for all but the most urgent enquiries.
Pitches and tips
We are always glad to hear from people who want to write for openDemocracy – particularly from groups that are under-represented in the media. Please read our guidelines. Unfortunately we can't respond to every pitch we receive: we will get back to you within three weeks if we are interested in yours. If you have some information to share with us, please send it to editors@opendemocracy.net.
Syndication
Please contact syndication@opendemocracy.net if you are interested in republishing an article. Many of our articles are published under a Creative Commons Non-Commercial licence, making them free for non-profit media to republish with attribution. More information here.
