JUDGE JIM GRAY
James P. Gray is a former Superior Court justice for the State of California. In 1992 he was the first sitting judge to come out against the War on Drugs in a televised press conference.
Since then, Judge Gray has discussed drug policy on more than two-hundred television and radio shows and in public forums across the country. Using his experience on the bench, he authored a book on the failed War on Drugs.
He remains one of the War's most honest and outspoken critics.
